Keyless entry issue (2010)
I purchases a 2010 Elantra a little over a year ago andit has worked flawlessly until today. This is minor but...
My keyless entry used to honk the horn when I pressed the remote lock twice, but now it no longer honks (although it still locks the car). The horn still works. I don't know whee to look. Could this be a fuse?

I solved then problem - my hood was unlatched. I read elsewhere this function is actually a securityalarm of sorts and will not chirp if a door, hood, or trunk is not secured. I reread my oweners manual and there is no discussion of this features which seems dumb since it is useful and helpful if understood. Thank you for replying.
