1998 Elantra with the 1.8. Car was running good then died on the way home. Sat for 20 mins then it started back up. Did the same thing the next day. Now its in the driveway and will run for about 7 mins then dies. Check fuel pump and it works until car shuts off. When it shuts off there is no voltage to fuel pump so replaced fuel solenoid. Still shuts off and will not restart for a while. Tried yesterday and found when dies there is no spark at the plugs. Let it sit the usual time and you will get spark, cranks, and runs until it dies. So the question is who has seen this and what is the trick to fix.
