Hi, So we have already removed the injectors the check that they are working, all is fine there, only thing that has made some kind of change. Was when we removed the tappet cover to see that all is good with the valves and rockers. when placing the cover back and only holding is down the the car run like normal, started at once. After tightening the cover back the same problem occurred. I have spark, the cords are working, the coil is working and have good compression. But i still do not have firing on the one piston.

That seems to point fuel and/or engine breathing

Check EGR (if you have one)
Check MAF or MAP
Or is the in take for cylinder one stuck??????

Please remember this is all guess work from here

Thank you, for all the assistance. Have no EGR or the know how to check the MAF or MAP.
There could be a chance intake is stuck. Now just need to find a way to unstuck it then...
