I have just purchased a new Elantra 2021 preferred (less than 50 km) and I hear a vibration when I am inside the vehicle. When I open the hood I can hear a loud noise and there is a lot of vibration. Doesn't seem normal for a brand new vehicle, can someone please advise?

Let's face it, Hyundai didn't get where they are today by selling defective vehicles.
Would suggest you take the vehicle back to the selling dealership and have them check it out.
It doesn't make any sense to jump the gun and imagine bad things. Please keep us informed as to just what they say and do.
Believe it or not, this forum is a good place for you to mention in your working with the dealership service dept. Let's hope they can take care of your concerns, thanks.

 

Did you find out what the noise is? This sounds like the same noise my 2021 Elantra SEL is making and they said its nothing.

 

Hello, I can sympathize with you here, I advise you to contact the service center. There was a similar problem 5.9 cummins intercooler upgrade, but did not contact the service station, and ordered it on the site. Now it doesn't bother me. I can now afford to go for coffee and my favorite donuts
