Permanently disarm alarm

Is the alarm a factory alarm?
Or is it an aftermarket alarm?
Aftermarket can be taken out.
Factory alarm can not. The immobilizer is connected to the ECU.
Taking out the immobilizer will disable the ECU.
Then car will not run
