Unable to remove rear brake rotor on 08 hyundai elantra
I'm trying to replace the rear brake pads and rotors. I was able to do the front ones easily. Any good tips to remove this rotor. I have tired tapping on a rotor and it wont budge. Thanks
Watch this video. It's on a Ford truck but it will work on any car:

What happened??
Did you get it off??
The rear rotors sometimes have a drum brake system inside the hub or hat portion of the brake rotor that is used for emergency brakes.
A cable may need to be loosened or the adjuster wheel needs to be adjusted to release the rotor.
Also a good air hammer sometimes makes the thing fall off easier ... hahaha
