Default 20,000km in, and a few questions pop up (stereo, steering)

Hi!
I'm coming up on a year of my ET. It's not bad so far. Been in the shop many times for the "pulls to the right" issue, and spent a few months with the back hatch trim being off while they ordered me all new parts... and just went in because the front strut let loose... and the heater cracked the windshield a month in... apart from that, it isn't doing bad.

I have some questions I'm hoping folks here can help me with though

1) Steering: When I take off from a red light, the car often (but not always) heels over hard to the right. Like, the steering wheel spins and I'd immediately hit the guy next to me if I didn't stop it. I've never had this problem in any other car. I've tried playing around, making sure I'm straight when I stop, going slow or fast, etc, and it still does it often. My dealer isn't exactly helpful with things, he claims it's something to do with power steering and centrifical force and yadda yadda... so I don't trust their answer. So, is this normal?

2) Stereo: I dislike the stock stereo (I have the Sport, so I think it's the Infinity stereo? I asked for the top trim model and don't think I got it, but it has the steering-wheel controls and centre console plugins). I mostly dislike it for iPod control. I don't see song names or artists, just the file name, and it's not easy to flip between songs with that, or find one you're looking for. I can hit the info button to see it, but it switches back to filename after a few seconds. I've seen some reference to the Hyundai iPod cable in here, but it's not clear to me, does this rectify this problem? I'm just using a generic USB cable right now.

If that doesn't rectify the problem, is there a flash upgrade to the stereo that anyone knows of that would make it function better?

Thanks!
Cerv

I also have the sport version, and my ET pulls to the right as well. Last time I had my ET aligned it seemed to reduce the pull.
