Default 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring 2.0l Charging Issue

Hello,
I recently noticed that while stopped at a light, with a heavy electrical load, (headlights on, fan on, rear defroster on) my dash illumination would dim and brighten with the turn signal. I checked the charging voltage at the battery and found that it would drop to about 12V with everything on.
Battery test good. Voltage drops test OK. Alt belt is tight. The alternator is a VALEO 90Amp. 2655635. It has only 3 wires, B, FR and L.
My question is what I should see at the FR wire and is it going to or from the PCM ?

Thank you, and Happy New year!

What voltage reading are you getting from it now?

Do know how many amps it is putting out at idle?
