How do you remove the headrests on my 2010 Elantra Touring SE?
I bought custon seat covers, and the "active" headrests have to be temp. removed,to put the seatcovers on. Also, once the custom fit seat covers are in place, how do I re-install the headrests again? Thanks for any advice given.

Have you tried just pulling them up as high as possible and then pushing the button on the side and pulling them all the way out?

Yep you just pull them out, while pushing the small button on the headrest.

You just have to tilt the seat back a bit, as the headrest does not have enough room as it hits the roof.

Then you just pop it back in.
