Angry battery drain... going crazy

Ive had a battery drain going on for a while. I go through a battery a month because I have to jump my van so often.

Ive had it to 5 garages and the dealer and im getting no where.

No one can find anything ! All the diagnostics come clean- the memory fuse pulls .5 but that's it. Alternator etc checks out fine.

Any other ideas? I still owe 5k on it so trading it is not an option!

How fast does it drain?
I have a 2006 Kia Sedona (same van) and if I let it sit more than 5 or 6 days the battery needs to be charged/jumped. I believe it is a common problem for these vans. So you either need to pull the shunt if it's going to sit any length of time or drive it at least every 2 or 3 days.

4-12 hours! On a healthy battery that would be a HUGE drain. I think that would be easy to find. You say you've taken it to 5 different garages and a dealer and none of them could find the problem? I find that hard to believe.

I'm certainly not making it up. I have all the bills for all the diagnostics from all of them. I certainly wouldn't be wasting my life on a Hyundai forum if I wasn't at my wits end.

Its been at the dealer since Monday... they STILL cant find a drain aside from the memory fuse. Fixed 3 new recalls, and found bad battery ground bolts but low and behold its still not staying charged.

Don't waste your time bashing me anymore when I'm just looking for help!

What's your problem? I wasn't bashing you I was bashing the mechanics that couldn't find the problem.
