Greetings...

We have an 07 Entourage, and the rear heat recently stopped working. The front heat will get warm, yet will go almost cold when the van is not moving. Also, the rear cargo area is wet (nearly soaked) yet we've not had any liquids in that area. I'm guessing this is not a coincidence. Is this something that easily repairable, or should the van be taken to the dealer for service?
