Default Preferred Genesis Year

I was just driving my friend's 2016 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 a few weeks ago and I thought to myself, this car is amazing to drive. It's just easy. I've driven quite a few cars from a 1959 Chevy Pickup 3-spd manual on the column to small sports, full-size BMW cars (sit on top lawnmowers,😁 tractors) to large trucks and this was the easiest car to drive. Although not the most powerful, there's ample power, I like the handling, comfort, driver's visibility, inside cabin feel, and then some. I currently drive a 2012 Lexus IS F, with 120K miles on it and I like the Hyundai more. Sure the Hyundai doesn't move like the IS F but I like the Genesis feel more, personally and that's what it's about for me, at this stage in the game.

I started doing some homework on the Genesis cars, previously I didn't know much about the Hyundai brand. Not to state the obvious but I was reading up on the evolution of the Genesis model and learned how it became a brand and now there's the more modern G80. I'm convinced that the Hyundai cars don't receive the recognition that they deserve, but that's another topic.

A question to those of you that are well versed with the Genesis cars. If you were to choose a vehicle with low miles which Genesis car would you buy factoring in the 2016 Genesis - 2020 G70-G80 models? Which car stands out as the most enjoyable driver? I do like power!!

Thanks,
HB

I have a 2019 Genesis G-70 sport with the prestige, elite, and sport package, with the 3.3t twin turbo. It is the smooth, nice, very comfortable, and very quick. It was chosen by Motor Trend magazine as the mid-size comfort car of the year in 2019. It out-preforms the BMW M340i at $15,000 less. If you can find one go drive it and see for yourself.
