Hi,

New to all this car malarkey and I've just got my first car, a 2003 Getz.

My check engine light decides to flash and/or stay on and there's also a whirring sound in 3rd and 4th gear.

Basically though I was just wondering what the cap is for next to the Engine Coolant one.. it has HCC 0.9 on it but no other explanation.

Sorry if it's a dumb question but I've googled it with no luck... any and all help is greatly appreciated.
