Default Hyundai getz 2006 a4af3 transmission P0734 & P0732

Hi, everyone, I need help fixing my car transmission. I have messed up big time. I had codes P0734 and P0732 (incorrect ratio for gears 2 and 4). Upon research, I figured that for code P0734, I need a new thrust bearing kit for the gear 4 overdrive hub which is accessible from the side of the transmission. There are plenty of videos on youtube. And for the other code, I read somewhere that I need to clean the valve body is good. I put in the new bearing kit. Then I removed the valve body and solenoids on it, to check if there were any metal pieces. Nothing was there. So I put everything back with a new filter and oil. Now my car is not moving at all. If I press the accelerator in drive or reverse, after a few seconds with rpm above the 2000s, the gear engages, and the car jerks, like it's trying to move. Please help me where did I go wrong? The transmission was fine before, just a delay in shifting. And there's no OBD code now so I am confused about what is wrong here. Did I mess up my valve body?

Not familiar with that particular trans, but have a question or two.

When you removed the valve body, did you make sure to index the manual valve, that the shift lever positions, because it sounds like you missed that.
The only way to check this is to drop the pan and look carefully. If that is all you overlooked, simply reinstall the valve body making sure to place the indexing pin in the correct spot so when you select a shift position you do it by moving the manual spool valve. Not a big deal, just be careful and go slow.
Let us know how you make out with this OK, thanks.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I really appreciate you taking the time out. This was my first time, can you please explain how to index the manual valve? what I understand is that the valve body on this is very simple, has one o-ring and I the manual valve I just put it back by eye with the transmission lever. I might be wrong, but the issue you mentioned will cause the gear to not shift at all or engage the wrong gear? My car is sifting in drive and reverse. Like if I press the accelerator at rpm above 2,500 it jerks like the car is going to move and then stops. The same happens with the reverse. Do you think it could be pressure leaking from somewhere?
I have attached a photo for your reference. The arrow is indicating the manual shift valve and circle for the single o-ring.

Thanks again for your guidance, really appreciate it.
