Default Hyundai getz transmission problem

Hi,
I have a 2006 hyundai getz auto 1.6. It doesn't go from 1st gear into 2nd in the morning when cold. Engine keeps revving but no gear change. Untill i drive slowly for a couple of minutes then its fine for the rest of the day with smooth shifting. Don't know what is the issue. Please help.
