Question Hyundai iload TQ Cargo 2.5 CRDi H1 D4CB Radiator issue

Hi everyone,

First time posting so please excuse me if I go on a bit. Basically, I did a radiator flush and at the same time installed a new upper / lower rubber pipe and the refill bottle with the tube all genuine Hyundai.
Did the flush, got the air bubbles out and ensured the thermostat had opened a few times topping up in between etc.

What keeps happening is she keeps putting about 1 liter of coolant into the refill bottle which I manually put back into the radiator next morning. She isn't drawing coolant back in.

I can confirm there is no leaks, I have changed the radiator cap, I have currently got the old reservoir bottle back in with it's original small tube thinking maybe that was causing it. Nope.
I have put a tube onto where the refill bottle connects to and cannot suck or blow air into it. Radiator necks seems fine. Neck cannot be replaced. New radiator might be needed.

System is building pressure normally, coolant being push out but does not suck coolant back in. All that's left I believe is the vacuum seat which looks fine, no dents or scratches and obviously holds pressure.

Have I missed something? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I just hate thinking of replacing the radiator to find out the issue is still there!

Kind Regards

Stewart.
