Default Windshield Wipers & Washer problem

Hi all, happy new year in advance. anybody can help me. I've some problem with my windshield wiper washer. The water from reservoir not spray out to windscreen. My car matrix2005 1.6 manual transmission. When pull switch wiper washer i hear sound the pump but water water not spray out. If somebody show me where the pump position. Before i send my to service centre I need to do myself for troubleshoot.

First, check the simple. Is the hose from the pump to the squirters pinched by the hood?

keep forgetting to call and ask dealer so is that white plastic housing for windshield washer fluid supposed to have overflow of fluid in there b/c there has been none since delivery of car? thanks.

I don't understand the question. Are you saying there is no fluid in the windshidel washer bottle? That would explain why nothing is spraying out.

i think his question goes something like, should the windshield wiper motor fluid bottle be full of water for it to work. the answer is no, mine have this water indicator, you should have yours too. the fluid should not go below the indicator.
