First time changing oil on "07 Santa Fe. I have the new filter and "O" rings, never changed this type of filter. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's anything like my '04, it's really simple. The oil filter is about two feet in from the front of the car on the passenger side, you have to reach up and screw off the filter through a hole. the pan is about another foot or so back and the bolt sticks right out and is easy to remove.

I wouldn't think it would be that different - but I don't have an '07 so I don't know for sure!

First, this thread is almost 5 years old.

Second, the 2007 SF is nothing like your 2004 SF. Two totally different vehicled with totally different engines and two totally different oil filters.
