Default 02 Santa Fe 2.4L Cranks But Won't Start
I recently purchased a 02 santa fe with the 2.4L engine, previous owner states that the car was operating normal and one morning before going to work the car wouldn’t turn on.
The car cranks, I hear the fuel pump turning on and when I crank the car the RPM’s do not move, and I noticed there is no spark going through the cable because I checked. Might these be either a bad camshaft position sensor or crankshaft position sensor?

Could be, but it will show up in the codes.

even the cheap ones will give you the codes so check this first.
