If I might add something, Nothing electrical will work if a fuse protecting everything is open. Always check the fuses first.
You did not say if the blower motor was blowing at all, is it?

 

The blower motor is on but i hear no noise from the engine bay. I've checked my fuses and they're okay as well. And finally, my cooling fans do not seem to operate whenever I test anything which is odd because the engine temp never exceeds 200 degrees
