Default 2008 Santa Fe Limited Oil Issue

Hi, so I got this car as a starter for my kids and the radiator developed a hole. I swapped the radiator but didn't catch that the factory had cross threaded an intercooler connection and had to swap it a second time.

This is where I think I messed up. I'm a novice at repairs and cars, I knew oil had been leaking and pulled the orange dip stick which I thought was for the cars oil. I ended up overfilling that by about .5 of a quart. Car ran at idle fine and I eventually parked it at the curb.

Today I noticed an oil spot and found the yellow dip stick for engine oil which is what I should've checked I'm assuming. That dipstick is slightly over the second dot and the F.

Question, I added oil to the AT Oil tube (orange dipstick), is that bad? If so, what's the fix?

I couldn't find the drip location, could it be the overkill? Just wondering if anything I said gives a clue of what could be leaking.
