Considering a '13 Santa Fe Sport AWD, 2.4 purchase. The engine was replaced with 93k miles in 4/18 and is now for sale with 100k. It was replaced with a new long block under the 162 engine recall. The 953 was done this week as it was on the AutoCheck so the Chevy dealer took it to Hyundai and they did it with no CEL coming on.

Should I still be concerned with this new engine as will it have the same possible issue the old one's have of contamination affecting the connecting rods. This will be for my 16 y/o so miles will be very minimal for the next several years. tks
