Question 2020 Santa Fe SEL with convenience package vibration on gas pedal

I bought this 2020 Santa Fe SEL convenience package in Aug 2020 and since day 1 have been feeling vibration/shakes when I keep my foot on the gas pedal. I don't recall this issue when I test drove SEL without convenience package. I worked with Hyundai dealership twice, in one of the time they kept the vehicle for 2-3 days and they refused to acknowledge the issue and kept on insisting that vehicle is as designed. I asked my friends to give it a try even they can easily feel it. Now I am being asked to contact another dealership and see if they can acknowledge it. Otherwise, I am being told that this is the end of road. Anyone else has the same issue? or any suggestions how to deal with this?
Thanks

As you probably know what one person might describe as a vibration could be thought of as a misfire by another.

Can you be a little more specific as to when you feel what is felt to be a vibration, such as,
With vehicle parked in park and engine running
With trans in gear engine running and starting off cruising, slowing down etc.
Please try to provide as much info as you can no matter how unimportant you might think it would be.
Not sure exactly what is included in convenience package that might possibly affect what you feel.
Can you fill us in as to just what that includes? May or may not have an effect on the vehicle.. Thanks

Thank for your reply, I feel the pedal vibrating as the feedback from road. It happens on all speeds as long as the foot is on the pedal. It doesn't happen in the stationery vehicle but whenever it is driving irrespective of speed. When the road is rough I can feel a lot of shaking of the pedal, on a smooth road the shaking/vibration decreases but it can still be felt. The dealer asked me to drive 3 different vehicle on my last visit and 1 of them was completely perfect, rest two of them still had some level of vibrations but way better then mine. As per the technician and rep they all drove same. I have never observed anything like this in any other vehicle.
Another interesting thing I observed as, when I stopped on a traffic signal with my foot on brake. A noisy motorcycle passed by and I could feel the noise vibration just on the brake pedal and nothing else.
The thing I feel can affect this which is included in convenience is 18" wheel compared to 17" standard.

Just now saw a similar issue on Palisade forum

Trying to diagnose over the internet is a good time fruitless since we can't feel what you describe..
Aside from feeling it in the pedal area, do you notice if it is felt in the seat or steering wheel. Sometimes the owner/operator has an idea where it may be coming from and we don't underestimate their opinion. Is there anything else that gets changed by the convenience package ? What about the other vehicles, did they have the convenience package?

If it occurs only with the larger wheels, there may be something going on with the rims.
