Hello,
My 2021 Santa Fe Preffered has an issue where when in R, the display will not show the rear view camera image...the dispaly remains exactly where it was: maps. music, radio etc...but not showing the rear view camera image.
This happens periodacally...there are times, when shifting in R will show the camera image....but most of time it does not.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? What is the cause and how can it be fixed?

There might be a loose connection between the camera and the display or could be related to a software glitch in the infotainment system. Sometimes, updates or resets can help.

 

If you have access to the wire? try having someone wigil the wire around or it could just be the camera itself defective any warranty left on it.?
