Default cabin air pressure

i have a 2008 santa fe if i open a back window the noise feels like it will burst a ear drum dealer says you need to open another window to balance the pressure i have had many cars and never had this problem does anyone have it

That's fairly common for most modern cars since the drip rails have been eliminated to help lower drag.

I have a 2008 Santa Fe and I too had that horrible pressure with the rear windows opened at anything above 35 MPH. I bought a set of those rain guard window things. They fit in the channels and the pressure dropped dramatically. I bought mine from WeatherTech on line.
