Default delay in changing gear

I have a santa fe 2014,recently I serviced the motor and the mechanic changed the pistons and rings but after that I sense that during driving the cvt gearbox has delays in changing the gear ! the rpm goes up to 3000 and the shifting dos not happen! especialy in slope road.i t seems there is something wrong.would you please advice me in this regard.the quantity of oil is ok and the milegae is 100.000 km.what should i check?

As you probably know when as much work is done as was done on your vehicle there are lots of questions.
A lot of times something as simple as a ground wire left off produces some problems.
I would suggest that you have your mechanic recheck all his work and just maybe he will see something that might have been overlooked.
