Default Does the new PCV valve have a brass tube

I have a 2007 Limited Santa Fe 3.3, and ordered a new genuine Hyundai pcv valve for it. The one I received has a 1 inch long brass tube extending out from the threaded end. However, the original pcv that I removed does not have the extra brass tube at the threaded end. Did Hyundai charge the design of the pcv valve (that now has the additional brass tube), or did I get the wrong one? Do they make two types of pcv? When I go to third party sites and supply my year, make, engine, they too only offer a pcv with the extra tube sticking out of the threaded end. Please advise. Thank you!
