Default HID the million dollar question

Hi everyone,

So for the past few weeks I have been researching the possibility of installing HID light on my '07 Santa Fe. I have check websites over website, visit local retailer until today I was clueless about the whole thing.

I found this website that explains it in plain English and simple terms too...

http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/bulbs/Hid/conversions/conversions.html

My questions are:

Anyone attempted a conversion and does see a difference?

Anyone knows if there is out there a retro fit kit, that include everything, projector, bulbs ballast? If so anyone tried to install such retro fit?

Thanks

You'll have to ask about the specific Santa Fe application.

Default RE: HID the million dollar question

After reading and more reading on the internet.

I finally decided not to convert my headlights to HID until there is an actual retrofit (including projector, lights and ballast for the Santa Fe).

I did buy these Philips X-Treme power H7 and so far I did notice a difference in the amount of light it project.

This is s a good place to buy them, free shipping around world!!
