I recently purchased a used 2010 Santa Fe. There is an occasional problem where it sometimes won't start when using the key to start it. The starter turns well, but the engine doesn't fire up. When using the remote start, it starts 100% of the time. Any ideas?

 

Try the other key. It may be a copy and not recognized by the security system in the SF. If so you'll like want to get a coded key from the dealer to be 100% it is genuine but it will cost you.
