Default Power Door Locks

Hi all. I'm hoping someone can help. My 2003 Santa Fe is having a problem with the front passenger door lock. When either the remote is activated or the button to unlock the passenger door is pressed, nothing happens to the door lock. There is absolutely no sound coming from inside the door and no movement at all with the ****. Can the motor/solonoid be crapped out so soon or could it just be dirty contacts or something? Please advise. Thanks!

Ok. Thanks. Here's some more details about it though. When you open the driver door lock manually using the unlock lever itself(not the button), all the doors unlock except the passenger door. But, if you use the same lever that is on the passenger door, all the doors in the vehicle unlock! What the hell?

that's possible cause when you use the pass lock you're manually unlocking the pass door and it will send signal to the other actuators to unlock the doors. try using the key to lock and unlock from the driver's door you will see all the doors unlock expect the pass door, telling you you have a faulty door lock actuator.
