i need to flush my radiotor. what is the mix ratio of water to coolant.

In Australia the averageratio is 10% but that also depends on your lowest temp and the type of coolant. The most common typeout here is ethenel glycol and some areas even go as low as 3%. This is if you use concentrate but premix is all the go as you can't go wrong.
