Default Retractable cargo cover--broken

2004 Santa Fe

Today I apparently pulled a bit too hard on the cargo cover and it will not retract.
Does anyone know a fix for this?

I am reluctant to pull the end caps off as I fear the piece will be permanently damaged by breaking some plastic piece.

Thanks for any info!

If you have less than 60,000 miles, try taking it to the dealer for a warranty repair. If that doesn't work, try ebay or hyundaipartsonline.com
