spark plug replacement

Default spark plug replacement

I need to change my spark plugs. I am able to get to the fisrt 3 but the back 3 seem to be giving me problems. how do I get to them and is there a step by step process I can look at.

What vehicle and engine? Based on the remark of "first 3" and "back 3" I'm going to assume it's a V6. Most Hyundai V6 engines require the removal of the throttle body and upper intake manifold to access the rear plugs.

my engine is a 2.7 v6. I know I need to remove the airflow but how. Also,how do I disconect the air filter.

I don't own a Santa Fe but the 2.7L V6 in the Santa Fe is that same engine as the 2.7L V6 in the 2003-up Tib (with some minor differences to fit the different chassis. Below are 2 links on how to do iton the Tib. It should be the same for the Santa Fe.

This one explains how to remove both the upper and lower manifolds (you only need to do the upper half):

thankyou soooooo much. That is exactly what I was looking for. Now I can get in there and remove the last 3 plugs. Again thank you so much for you help.
