Swap out radio?

Swap out radio?
I noticed that the new Santa Fe have what looks to be the same radio head unit I have in my 2007, but with BlueTooth. Does anyone know if I can swap the head units and put a new radio into my 2007 Santa Fe and have it fit? The Bluetooth would be handy.
