Unhappy Tanker Dan

2010 Santa Fe SE. Vehicle has dealer installed Guardian alarm system ($695.00), to add glass, open door and motion sensors, and ignition shut off. I asked the dealer to program the auto door locks to lock at 15 mph, but not unlock until door is opened from inside. Default is to lock when ignition turned on, open when turned off - which leaves a woman vulnerable at night if she turns the motor off.

Issue is that the Guardian alarm will not allow the program change. Dealer said I have to either: 1) turn off the Guardian alarm, or 2) live with improperly functioning door locks.

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated!

Confirmed today through the alarm manufacturer, Code Systems, Inc., that the dealer is correct. The CPL 100 alaram system will not allow the change in door locking. $695 down the drain!
