I'm having electrical issues with my 2005 Sonata and I'm hopeful someone has some ideas.

• The interior dome lights don't work
• The antenna does not work
• The dash and clock flicker if the radio is turned off while the headlights are on
  • Headlights must be on
  • If radio is powered off, the panel flickers
  • If the driver door is opened, the flickers will stop
  • Flickers will quit if the lights are turned off

The issue sounds similar to the following post. I looked at fuses #24 - #30 and didn't see any that were blown. All appeared to be intact.

I've recently replaced the battery.

I made a video of the issue:


Any ideas?

 

The flicker seems to mimic the turn signal
But, it is impossible to figure out without an electrical diagram/schematic
And actually being there to be able to run a few tests
