I saw a previous post that is almost a year old so I made a new one. My drivers visor has lost its mojo and stays in the down position. I haven't done anything to it so I believe it should be under warranty. Has anyone had this problem fixed under warranty? If it is not, does anyone know how to tighten it?

It should be covered under the 5y/60k mile bumper to bumper warranty.

 

I had the exact problem with the same visor and mine was covered under warranty. I had no problems with it being replaced.

 

I just had the dealer change my Driver side sun visor and it was under warranty

 

sounds like it should become a "recall" lol
