i have a problem with my sonata idleing. at first it started dying when i turned the airconditioner on at idle. now it dies as soon as you let off the gas. the problem with fixing it is it could be so many things and all those different things cost so freaking much you might as well get a new vehicle. so any suggestions as to what the problem could be would be helpful. also i had the transmission checked and the only code they could find was that cylinder 3 wasn't firing. the plugs and wires are good. any relation to the above problem and maybe suggestions on how to fix it. thanks

 

have a dealer check out the idle stepper-motor.

 

check the power transmitter that fires the coils....that normally seems to be the issue..
