I just got a 2006 Sonata. The AM Radio doesn't work. I only get static on every station. I brought it into the dealer, but they say that it is a problem they have with even the new radios. I have a hard time believing them. I have tried looking on line for anyone reporting the same problem, but I haven't seen this mentioned. Any reason why they would tell me this? Anyone have a similar issue with AM radio?

I have the exsact same problem. '06 4 cyl. Taking it to dealer Friday for an oil change & they said they'd take a look at the connections.

Any other ideas???
