2011 Sonata Wheels and Tires

I have 2011 Sonata SE with OEM 18x7.5 +46 offset wheels and 225/45R-18 tires. Can I install my old Lexus rims 18 inch x 8in & 5 - 114 bolt pattern 45mm offset? If yes, what tires I need? Will I need adapters or hub-centric rings?
