Default 60,000 Mile Service

Hi guys,

I own a 2003 Hyundai Sonata and is approaching the 60,000 Mile Service. I have a few questions.

1. Do I need to go ahead and get the Timing Belt change right now, or can I wait a little longer?
2. Can I get this service done at my local mechanic, or do I need to use the Delaership?
3. If I use an outside Shop, does this effect my warranty (100,000 mile) in any way?
4. On a separate issue, for the last 1 month I have noticed that my Car wobbles at 60-65 mph.
I took it to my mecahnic and he thinks that it is the struts. Any other ideas? Are the struts covered
under warranty?

I would appreciate your help.

Thanks.
