I have a 2010 Sonata. When I start the car, there is a screeching sound. Whenever it is in park or neutral, the sound is there, but not in reverse or drive. Also, it is intermittently making that sound. What could be the problem?

 

Probably a belt. Hard to tell without hearing it. Possibly covered by warranty. Take it to a dealer and let them check it out.
