No Spares fo Hyundai Sonata 2006 in South Africa

Unable to get Brake Master Cylinder for a 2006 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 NF in South Africa is there any other car that uses same. Can someone please supply link where I can buy any Hyundai Sonata Parts in South Africa as the agents don't have.
