i have a 2006 sonata gls v6 it was in the shop in sept. the transmission plate came loose and the connector bolts rattled around inside the transmission causing me to loose power check engine light came on as i was on the highway at 75mph!!! lost power and car started sputtering, car in shop for 14 days i was told no damage done to transmission!!, dec, power sterring pump went bad, car souded like a diesel when i turned and as i excelerated, car in shop for1 day was told it was ok to drive car this way, was told no damage done to steering! oh by the way this affected my gas mileage while i was unaware of problem, was only getting about 20mpg gallon hwy!!! anyone w/ similar experience?[>:]
