Default Rotor Retaining Screw

Hi,

I got roped into replacing my new girlfriend's brakes on her '02 Sonata GLS with four-wheel disc brakes. She needs a new caliper on the left rear. It has destroyed the rotor. She bought a Duralast rotor from Autozone. Looks good, but the retaining screw hole location doesn't match. I'm thinking about just leaving the screw off. Does anyone know how critical it is? It's just one little screw, and I'm thinking the lug nuts holding it down will do just fine. My other option is to drill a new hole in the rotor.

Thanks for any help.
