I have a problem with the Shiftronic transmission.

I have with me a 2007 Sonata, 2.4 liter, automatic with 4 gears in manual mode which has just done 30,000 miles; I have done a transmission oil flush and change about 40 days back at an authorized Hyundai dealership.

I have been noticing that when I try to use the manual shift in the Shiftronic mode, and I shift from 1st to 2nd the car hops and it shifts with a THUD sound which is heard throughout the car.

Would you know what the problem is? Also is this related to the oil change which I had done? Please do let me know what might be the problem?
