Sonata 2.0 GLS '98 oil capacity

I have Sonata 2.0 GLS '98 and i was wondering do you maybe know what is the oil capacity in liters? Also what oil brand you prefer to use? Castrol, Valvoline ....?

According to the owners manual, 4.4 liters with a filter change.

Me? Walmart SuperTech conventional. I expect others will answer much differently.

I ended up with Valvoline's SynPower and i am very pleasant how the engine behaves so far.
It is much better than it was previously with a non-synthetic oil. Thanks for the suggestion anyway. It is much appreciated!
