I would like to keep this thing running as long as i can. I must say that so far this vehicle has exceeded my expectations..keep it up hyundai I am planning for another road trip with my sonata in October. I misplaced/lost the suggested maintenance booklet for my car..just wondering what type of PM i can do for my vehicle,if any, before October. All suggestions/ideas are welcome. thanks

 

I would like to add that when i took it in for a 50k PM..the guy at the shop told me that in order to change the trans. filter they would have to crack open the case and it was going to run me about 700$ for the labor because it would take 8 hours to do???needless to say i skipped out on that because this was not a dealership shop,and the BS radar was going off in my head when the guy gave me the quote.

 

My dealer told me that they don't touch the filter anymore, and I also got another quote for a flush/filter from a tranny shop and it was only about 200 bucks.
