Angry Timing Job Problems

I recently did a timing job on a 01 sonata 2.4L ........ I put the car back together and it ran for two days now the car rattles and makes noise on the bottom end. I went back in and (un-did and re-did) the timing now the crankshaft doesn't make a full revolution with all the belts off the car.......If i need to unbolt the bottom end (not the oil pan the whole bottom, to get to the crankshaft) But when and if i do all that work i need to find the gaskets for the 2.4L engine (BOTTOM END GASKETS AND SEALS) can anyone help with this problem

When you say "all belts", does that include the timing belt driving the camshaft? All Hyundai motors are interference types. If the timing belt has been removed, when you turn the crank the valve remains stationary. Without the timing belt to keep the valves out of the way of the pistons, they will collide. I suspect that is what stopping the crank from turning a full revolution by hand. If you've forced it at all, you may have bent some valve stems.

This engine has two timing belts, the second drives the counter balance shaft which is located on the bottom end of the engine. I think the original problem was related to improper timing or installation of this second belt.
