Default Terracan CRDI Deisel

I have just bought a new Terracan 2.9 CRDI deisel automatic. I was wondering if other owners could tell me how they find their vehicle and what if any probs I should be looking out for.

Cheers

Hi Mike,

Apart from the experiences in the thread "CADS "Klonk" and delay" in this forum, I must say that I am very happy, specially considering the price. The best things are 1. Engine 2. Rugged design offering great "real" off-road possibilities. Biggest problem is that there aren't so many Terracans here in Denmark, so it's hard to get technical advice.
But's that why the more joins the forum the better I havn't hard the chance to hardcore off-road the Terracan yet, but it would be nice to hear from other owners about their adventures [sm=ttiwwp.gif]

Hi Mike
I am sure that you will be very happy with your vehicle.
I have the 2.9 diesel manual and to date have done more than 53000KM with no problems, not even a rattle.
Have done some pretty ruff 4x4ing and am very impressed with its performance. I also pull an 4x4 caravan weighing 1650 Kg.
Happy 4x4ing

Brilliant picture!! Actually I think it's the first I have ever seen of a Terracan REALLY off roading!
Thanks for sharing.

Tell me... are those roof bars standard? My roof bars are the 34 kgs. types which are really no good.
I was thinking of getting a real roof rack for extra spare tyre, jerry cans and so....

Say Din, is your front bumper cut back or is that a custom made bumper you have there?
